I'm not sure whether anyone else other than Len and I have had this problem, but when making a comment using the Name/URL option, we have got a refusal the first time when entering the security code, but it then works a second time.
No idea what the cause is, but if you do strike it, simply wait for a second security code to be offered and proceed.

Yes, this seems to happen every time. I think it has something to do with the security settings for the blog.
